Description:
This is your invitation to move, relax, and find flow in nature. Step into green and let your senses come alive.
Forest Bathing is a guided practice that slows you down, quiets your mind, promotes creative wellbeing and reconnects you with nature — and yourself.
A trained guide will lead you through gentle walking and playful sensory exercises. You’ll listen, touch, observe, and breathe your way into the present moment, letting nature soothe your nervous system while sparking creativity, wonder and playfulness.
We’ll close with a sharing circle—a chance to reflect, connect, and integrate what you’ve discovered.
