Alex will be joined by two inquisitive visitors from alternative futures: one ruled by games, the other by play. He will be asking you to help welcome these visitors, and help them to understand our society. We might get very theoretical. We might get very practical. We may or may not create something interesting.
Short bio:
Alex is Professor of Playful Learning, and Head of Anglia Learning & Teaching at Anglia Ruskin University. He holds PFHEA, NTF and CATE awards. He explores, creates and studies playful learning in higher education and museums, and was co-founder of the Playful Learning Association and Conference.
