An eight-minute paired role-play for adult workplace communication. One participant gives a 60-second handoff of a fictional customer situation; the receiver plays back the goal, next step and unresolved constraint. Compare the playback with the brief, repair an invented promise and try again. Suggested group size: two per pair. The full fictional brief, instructions and three-line debrief are available free at the linked source. No classroom-use or learning-outcome data is claimed. In real work, a correct internal recap does not itself confirm customer agreement.
