Playful Learning February round-up

Keeping in touch with our playful community! As our membership has grown we need to move to a more scalable platform to keep in touch. We will be moving to a JISCMail list in the next few weeks – so please don’t be alarmed when we move you over and you see confirmation of the new membership. We will run in a broadcast capacity to begin with – roughly one email a month, so we won’t be spamming you!

We’re excited to announce our next (free!) in-person event at the University of York, 23-24th May 2024 on the theme of “Playfulness and Hope” – visit our Eventbrite page for all the details including how to offer a session.

Sign up for the third Dungeons and Dragons event from our friends at Derby. The event will take place on the 27th of March 2024 and will be their first hybrid event. They are currently seeking proposals for speakers.

And finally, don’t forget that early bird booking for the summer Playful Learning conference is open until March 31st. Our fantastic line-up of keynotes have now been announced, so take a look!

As always, if there is any news you’d like to share then get in touch and we’ll include it next month.
